DYING YOUNG BUT AT A VERY OLD AGE
The key to ‘dying young, but at a very old age’ is to ensure that our bodies are maintained in a pristine state within – that is, free of excessive toxaemia. If we can achieve this, pretty well everything else falls into place. As a non-smoker I copped it in the neck with throat cancer, and survived. Unfortunately I know how surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can totally interrupt eating, talking and even drinking water for months at a time. I now believe that there are societies around today where diseases like ulcers, appendicitis, colitis, high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, childhood illnesses, diabetes, and cancers are virtually unknown. Of course their diet and exposure to toxins is very different to ours. “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.” Hippocrates.
